"Cancellation Policy for Yoga Retreat "You are the Creator":

​

1. Cancellations made 120 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a 100% refund of the total retreat cost.
2. Cancellations made between 90 and 120 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50 % refund of the total retreat cost.
3. Cancellations made 60 and 90 days or less before the retreat start date will not be eligible for any refund.

Please note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to filipakostadinova@gmail.com. The date of cancellation will be based on the date of the email receipt.

Participants who are unable to attend the retreat for any reason are welcome to transfer their reservation to another individual. The original participant must provide written consent for the transfer.
