A guide on Vegetarian Keto Diet, Yoga, Supplements, Home Birth, Lotus Birth and Breastfeeding for Strong Mamas and Healthy Babies.

There is no one but YOU who is responsible for your own health and well-being! Nobody else, only YOU!

ree

This article is crafted from the depths of my personal experience, nurturing my two precious baby girls. I humbly share as a Yoga teacher and a Medicine woman, intimately connected to the wisdom of my own body. I am not a health Practitioner, listen to your own body.

I understood that one of my sacred missions on this earth is to bring and raise Conscious children in clean body and mind unaffected by the pollution and sub-products of the Matrix we live in. My babies are both born home, they have never been to a doctor and they are not vaccinated. Pregnancy for me is a sacred and transformative journey, holds both profound beauty and real challenges. It offers women an opportunity to forge deep connections with themselves, their bodies, and the precious life growing within. It is a delicate path that warrants caution and a mindful approach, as it can potentially lead to postpartum depression and a disconnection between mother and baby if traversed without listening to our inner wisdom. The mother is the most important person. Thus, for awakened women who cherish their well-being and yearn to harmonise their physical and spiritual realms, embracing conscious pregnancy becomes an empowering choice. Through this transformative process, when approached with mindfulness, we emerge not only empowered but profoundly attuned to our innate strength.

In this article, we embark on an exploration of conscious pregnancy, vegetarian keto diet, the transformative power of Kundalini yoga kriyas, the significance of essential supplements, the potential benefits of high-dose vitamin C ascorbic acid, and alternative birthing methods that honour the sacredness of bringing new life into the world.

Join me as we embark on this journey of revelation and understanding.

My first babyborn Arya

ree

In 2019, at the age of 36, I embarked on a journey that some might deem late in life. However, I found myself feeling more vibrant and connected to my body than ever before. You see, I had made conscious choices along my path that truly resonated with me. Being a vegetarian for several years and incorporating practices like yoga into my daily routine, I had cultivated a sense of well-being that nurtured my entire being.

Pregnancy embraced me with open arms, granting me an incredible and vibrant experience. As I ventured deeper into this transformative phase, I stumbled upon books that illuminated the path of conscious pregnancy. They spoke of conquering the fear of giving birth and even introduced me to the concept of Lotus birth. However, one particular book, "Maternity: Coming Face to Face with Your Own Shadow" by Laura Gutman, resonated with me deeply.

In the depths of my soul, I knew that a hospital birth was not aligned with my essence. My spirit was asking for a more intimate and liberated experience. You see, if you know me well, you'd understand that I am an ardent advocate of freedom. The thought of someone intruding upon my sacred space, dictating what I should do, seemed inconceivable. My intuition, a steadfast companion throughout my life, guided me with unwavering strength.

Residing in Castelldefels, near Barcelona, I sought the assistance of a private clinic with experienced midwives who would support me on this remarkable journey. The experience that unfolded before me was truly extraordinary. I cannot deny the presence of pain, but within that pain, a transcendent trance consumed me. In that moment, my body assumed complete control, a deep animal part of me awaken, intuitively knowing exactly what to do. It was an experience that exuded empowerment from every fiber of my being.

There is so much more to share about the profound births I experienced, and in due time, I will write these pages with the intricate details of those transformative moments.

My second babygirl Ame

ree

Merely a year and a half after my first pregnancy, I found myself embarking on the sacred journey of carrying life within me once more. This time again, the path led me to the embrace of my own home as I prepared to welcome my second baby into the world. Residing in Bulgaria, where the acceptance and legality of home births were not widely recognised (although it is important to note that there is no explicit law prohibiting home births; however, the association of midwives restricts their participation in such births, making it challenging to find a midwife willing to assist), my partner and I made the resolute decision to create a serene sanctuary in our very own bedroom.

It is crucial to emphasise that home birth entails meticulous preparation and understanding. It is not simply a matter of opting for a home birth and proceeding without adequate knowledge or resources. To decide to go for this journey, one must possess a deep understanding of potential complications and possess the necessary tools to navigate them. If it is your first birth, I would exercise caution and advise against undertaking this path alone.

The intricacies and complexities of preparing for a home birth warrant an article of its own, as there are numerous aspects to consider. From acquiring extensive knowledge about potential complications to ensuring you have the essential resources at hand, the preparations involved require utmost diligence and dedication.

1. The Power of a Vegetarian Keto Diet Choice: We are not what we Eat, We are what we DIGEST.

ree

In the year 2016, a profound shift occurred within me as I journey on the path of vegetarianism. It began as a purely physical journey, motivated by a multitude of health issues, one of which was a persistent and agonising pain in my right leg, akin to electric currents coursing through my veins. Countless visits to doctors proved futile, leaving me without a definitive diagnosis. Little did I know that this was the awakening of my personal journey, the realisation that the responsibility for my own well-being lay within my hands.

I distinctly remember the last doctor I visited, a Digestive Specialist. He probably weighted well over 100 kilograms for a small size man and he had difficulty breathing, his massive belly obscuring the very subject he was meant to address. In that moment, a realisation struck me: If this practitioner were to educate me on matters of digestion, should he not embody the principles he is talking about, rather than simply regurgitating knowledge from books? Determined to break free from this cycle, I decided that this would be my final encounter with the medical establishment. From that point forward, I vowed to embark on my own path of research and self-discovery. And so, my journey commenced, a tale so vast and intricate that it would require an entire book to write it and not sure I would be able to remember all the details of my journey.

Central to my newfound path was the decision to abstain from consuming meat and fish. I came to understand that our bodies are ill-suited to digest flesh. Unlike true carnivores, our teeth lack the predatory adaptations necessary for such consumption, and our digestive tracts, with their winding and complex structure, are ill-equipped for the expeditious disposal of animal products. Instead, the remnants of deceased flesh linger within us, putrefying and infusing our beings with decay. Trust me when I say that the proteins derived from meat are unnecessary, for even the animals themselves acquire their protein from plants. It takes far more energy to metabolise such proteins than we gain from their consumption. Moreover, consider the aftermath of indulging in flesh: Does it invigorate us? Quite the contrary; it leaves us feeling lethargic, ready to go to sleep to digest. This contradicts the very essence of consuming food, which is meant to replenish our energy stores rather than lull us into drowsiness.

In addition to these concerns, meat carries an abundance of bacteria and parasites, detrimental to both our own well-being and that of our unborn children. The animals we are presented with in today's market differ greatly from those our ancestors once raised and consumed. Market meats are saturated with water, hormones, and antibiotics. What benefit do these additives bring to our systems? Similarly, fish, full with heavy metals and microplastics, poses its own set of dangers. Among these perils, Mercury stands out as a particularly insidious threat, as it infiltrates our bodies, targeting nerve cells within the brain. Yet, delving into the intricate web of heavy metal toxicity takes us away from the intended focus of this article, leaving a discussion for another time (however a very important subject are the babies born with all types of Autism due to heavy metal toxicity of the mother passed down to the baby in the womb).

Embracing a vegetarian diet has propelled my energy levels to soaring heights, revitalising my weary adrenal glands that once struggled with the spikes caused by carbohydrates, particularly sugar. Gone are the days when I craved midday ''siesta'' or succumbed to random naps during the day. Now, I soar on a tide of vibrant energy, a testament evident in the radiance of my body and spirit. Awakening at the gentle hour of 4 am has become a cherished ritual, as I start my morning meditation and practices with motivation. Throughout the day, I am not feeling tired at all and my partner calls me The Machine.

As time passed, my choice to abstain from consuming flesh transcended mere dietary preference, blossoming into an act of compassion that emanated from the depths of my being. I feel a profound love for animals, and the thought of causing harm to these sentient beings for anything other than a matter of survival perplexed me. The prospect of taking their lives to satisfy my own culinary desires seemed incompatible with the values I held dear. While the topic of animal compassion warrants a lengthy discussion in its own right, let us now shift our focus to the merits of a healthy vegetarian keto diet during pregnancy.

A vegetarian keto diet, abundant in nourishing fats and fiber while minimizing carbohydrate intake, forms a solid bedrock for a conscious pregnancy. This approach ensures a harmonious blend of sustained energy and vital nutrients, all the while preserving metabolic equilibrium. Allow me to illuminate how you can gracefully incorporate this dietary approach into your transformative journey of pregnancy.

  • Healthy Fats:

ree

Incorporate nourishing fats into your diet. Avocados, coconut oil, olive oil, and an array of nuts and seeds offer a rich source of essential fatty acids, fostering the development of the brain and regulating our intricate hormonal balance. We have been deprived for such a long time of healthy fats, making the poor fat the guilty for all our misfortunes. But fat dont make you fat. It is the carbs and the sugar. It is not the butter that makes you fat, it is the bread under the butter. It is essential to recognize that our brain thrives on the sustenance of fats, not the fleeting rush of carbohydrates, commonly found in sugar. When we consume an excess of carbohydrates, our energy becomes a turbulent rollercoaster, leaving us yearning for a midday coffee fix. However, when our primary fuel is derived from wholesome fats, a steadfast stability permeates our energy levels throughout the day, ensuring a seamless flow without any unwelcome energy crashes. Fat awakens the brain, while carbohydrates induces it in sleepy coma.

You can intake also fats by applying to the skin, I love coconut oil and here it is very big in Bali and it smells so nice, makes your skin lively and soft. I literally bath myself with it, apply lots on my skin after a shower. You can apply also on your hair and wash next day, you hair with be so soft and lively.

Breakfast a la Filipa:

4- 5 spoons of Linseeds Grinned (you need to grind them just before using them as they lose their power only after 1 h of being grinned, if the seeds are whole the body cannot absorb them).

2-3 Spoons of Chia Whole.

4-5 Spoons of Grinned Almonds and Pumpkin Seeds

1 spoon of Seaweed Gel for Collagene and other minerals

1-2 Spoons of Virgin Coconut Oil

A Fruit of your choice ( here I use papaya or dragon fruit)

Season with Cinnamon and Honey

Add yogurt on top and mix it well ( I sometimes add some coconut water so it is not so tick)

Enjoy!

  • Abundant Fiber:

ree

Focus on non-starchy vegetables, leafy greens, and low-sugar fruits like berries. These provide necessary fiber for digestive health and help maintain stable blood sugar levels. I also allow myself other fruits as I feel like because berries in Bali are not easy to get and not the best quality. I am not extreme, the one thing I am very careful about is not to eat carbs especially the once that are coming from Wheat. Wheat is one of the main cause from many diseases around the world, as it has been hybridised and has nothing to do or very little with how God created the grain. Anyway, I live in a Bali and here rice is very big, however this is also carb, I simply replace with Lentils or Mung Beans which is protein and very little starch. I also make bread from coconut flour, almond flour, spelt, husk and chia seeds. it is super tasty and has a lot of fiber. Spelt is one of those grains that has been preserved and not hybridised so the body can still recognise the original code in it. We can also use Amaranth and Millet however I find them a bit longer to prepare and to cook and with mom of two and so many activities, it is difficult to find the time. They are in my kitchen thought and if i have time, then I make and it is very tasty.

  • Plant-Based Proteins:

ree

Opt for protein-rich sources like legumes, tofu, tempeh, and quinoa. These support fetal growth and repair tissues. Plant-based protein sources provide a wide range of essential amino acids required for various bodily functions. These amino acids are the building blocks of protein and play a vital role in the growth and development of the baby's organs, muscles, and tissues. Nutrient-Rich: Plant-based proteins are often accompanied by a host of essential nutrients such as fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. These nutrients contribute to overall maternal health and support the optimal growth and development of the baby. Reduced Environmental Impact: Choosing plant-based proteins over animal-based proteins can contribute to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly lifestyle. By reducing the consumption of animal products, we lessen the environmental footprint associated with animal agriculture...and what a better way to take care of our children than to take care of their environment.

2. The Power of Kundalini Yoga Kriyas during Pregnancy and PostPartum

ree

Pregnancy and the postpartum period are transformative chapters in a woman's life, calling for a holistic approach that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. Kundalini Yoga, with its ancient roots in the yogic tradition, offers a profound and enriching practice for expectant mothers and new mothers alike.

  • Cat-Cow Stretch: This gentle spinal movement helps maintain flexibility and relieve tension in the lower back.

  • Squatting Kriya: Squatting strengthens the pelvic muscles, preparing the body for labor and promoting flexibility.

  • Meditation and Breathwork: Regular meditation and deep breathing exercises calm the mind, reduce stress, and foster a profound connection with your growing baby.

Here are some YouTube links to Kundalini Yoga sessions tailored specifically for pregnant women.

ree

I was regularly doing Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga during my both pregnancies, I had a beautiful belly, my body didn't change during the pregnancy (apart from the belly of course ), I kept my shape and I didn't feel any back pain. During my first pregnancy I also did a 10 day Vipassana retreat, you can read about it in my other blog article.

3. Essential Supplements for Optimal Nutrition:

While a well-planned vegetarian keto diet can provide many essential nutrients, certain supplements are beneficial during pregnancy. I would not recommend to buy the all made Prenatal Vitamins because in most of the cases the doses is too low or it is the chemical version of the vitamin or mineral as it is the case with folate and folic acid.

Folic acid and folate are both forms of vitamin B9, an essential nutrient crucial for various bodily functions, particularly during pregnancy and for overall cell growth and division. While they are often used interchangeably, there are notable differences between the two: Folate and folic acid have different chemical structures. Folate is the naturally occurring form of vitamin B9 found in foods such as leafy green vegetables, legumes, and fruits. On the other hand, folic acid is the synthetic form of vitamin B9 used in dietary supplements and fortified foods.

Absorption and Metabolism: Folate and folic acid are processed differently in the body. Folate from natural food sources is generally well-absorbed, but folic acid requires an enzymatic conversion in the liver to become the biologically active form of vitamin B9, known as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF). Some individuals may have genetic variations that impair this conversion process, leading to potential issues with folic acid absorption.

Pregnancy Benefits: During pregnancy, sufficient intake of folate is crucial for preventing neural tube defects (NTDs) in the developing baby's brain and spinal cord. Studies have shown that adequate folate intake before and during early pregnancy can significantly reduce the risk of NTDs. Folic acid supplementation is commonly recommended for women of childbearing age to ensure they meet their folate needs, as it is challenging to obtain enough folate from diet alone.

Natural Sources: Folate can be obtained naturally from a diverse range of foods, including leafy greens (spinach, kale), legumes (beans, lentils), citrus fruits (oranges, grapefruits), and fortified cereals. Consuming a balanced diet rich in folate-containing foods is an ideal way to obtain this essential nutrient.

You can buy the following vitamins:

- Vitamin D3 in an oil form since it is an oil soluble vitamin the best way to take it is in a form of oil liquid drops.

- Calcium: all numbers of the Schuessler salts that containt Calcium.

- Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin. One of the best ways to intake Vitamin B12 when you are vegetarian is with Nutritional Yeast.

-Folate : see information above regarding folate and folic acid

-Cayenne Pepper in Capsules.

-Omega 3/6/9 as in healthy oils and seeds: Linseeds in oil or in grinned seeds, olive oil, all kind of non refined nutty oils, coconut oil -Iron from natural source and not a supplement, consider incorporating iron-rich foods like leafy greens, legumes.

- High-Dose Vitamin C Ascorbic Acid:

ree

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) plays a crucial role during pregnancy, supporting the immune system and collagen production. For this you could join a Facebook Group called Vitamin C Therapy during Pregnancy, Birth,&Baby-Ascorbic Acid is the best! In that group you can read about all the nice experiences we have during the pregnancy and delivery of the baby while taking the Vitamin C in high doses. The babies are born very easy without complications and very big and pinky.

The idea is to take (while reaching this dose slowly not at once, as you can experience a strong detox effect) 5gr at the first trimester, 10 gr at the second trimester and 15gr at the third trimester. Please start slowly with maybe just 1gr till you build it up to 5gr.

Pregnant women are susceptible to antenatal depression and anxiety. Adequate vitamin C intake has been associated with improved mood and reduced risk of depression during pregnancy, contributing to a more positive emotional state for both mother and baby.

4. Alternative Birthing Methods:

Conscious women often explore alternative birthing methods that prioritise natural and empowering experiences. Here are some options to consider:

  • Home Birth:

My second baby born home in water Ame

ree

Embrace the possibility of ushering new life into this world within the sanctuary of your own home, where the comfort and familiarity bestows an unparalleled sense of empowerment. The experience of giving birth at home is a profound journey that celebrates the strength and resilience of a woman, exuding the essence of her complete feminine power. If you are embarking on this journey for the first time, consider seeking the companionship and expertise of a skilled doula or midwife, for their presence can provide invaluable support and guidance, fostering a safe and positive birthing experience.

Yet, the acceptance and feasibility of home births vary across countries. In my own experience in Bulgaria, the concept of home births encountered resistance, leaving us without the option of a midwife, prompting us to navigate this sacred rite of passage independently. Conversely, in the Netherlands, home births are a celebrated norm, embraced with open arms and even covered by health insurance.

For those seeking an alternative yet equally nurturing experience, water births hold an allure worth exploring. Immersed in the gentle embrace of warm water, expectant mothers find relief from the discomforts of labor, buoyed by the soothing currents as they guide their babies into the world. The transition from the womb to the outside realm becomes a gentle passage, enveloped by the warmth of water's caress.

One aspect to grasp firmly about home births is the liberation it provides, as you bask in your innate strength and unwavering femininity. Here, the traditional birthing positions are far from the rigid confinement of lying on one's back, an oft-imposed posture in hospitals despite its suboptimal nature. Instead, embrace positions that honour the natural alignment of your body, allowing for an unhindered and instinctive birthing process.

The aftermath of such a profound experience is nothing short of awe-inspiring. Postpartum depression finds no abode here; instead, a sense of triumphant empowerment engulfs the mother. However, we must be mindful of the medical environment, which all too often defaults to invasive interventions, culminating in Caesarean births due to the misapplication of Oxytocin and overly rapid contractions of the uterus. This complex subject warrants deeper exploration, calling for a separate blog that delves into the multifaceted aspects we, as women, ought to be conscious and informed about.

In conclusion, the notion of a home birth beckons to the depths of our strength and femininity, where a nurturing environment envelops us in its tender embrace. Whether choosing this sacred path or exploring water births as an alternative, the empowerment and profound connection experienced in such journeys are unparalleled. As we navigate the intricacies of childbirth, let us illuminate our minds with awareness, seeking knowledge that empowers us as we embark on the transformative journey of motherhood.

  • Lotus Birth:

Lotus Birth is the practice of leaving the umbilical cord attached to the baby until it naturally separates. This approach promotes bonding and a peaceful transition for the newborn. There is a very spiritual side of it because it is believed that the placenta has a soul as well that supports the soul of the baby. They are together for 9 months inside and the baby receives all the necessary nutrients from the placenta. There is a bond between the baby and the placenta and this bond is sometimes too suddenly and violently cut off. So this type of birth, preserves this connection till both parts agree to let go. The placenta is then used to make medicine for the postpartum period.

Today the placenta is simply disposed in hospitals with complete disregard and that same placenta is taken over by the pharmaceutical companies.

Lotus birth is an ancient practice that honours the sacred and profound connection between mother and child, encompassing the preservation of the placenta until the umbilical cord naturally falls away. This age-old tradition harkens back to a time when our ancestors recognised the placenta's spiritual and life-giving significance, viewing it as a symbol of nourishment and unity. Today, many mothers are embracing this beautiful practice to celebrate the miracle of birth and deepen the bond with their newborns. Let's delve into the fascinating world of lotus birth and learn how to preserve the placenta and create the Medicine of Placenta. This type of birth also makes super nice belly buttons and also there is no risk of infection as when the cord has been cut off.

Preserving the Placenta:

To embark on a lotus birth journey, the process of preserving the placenta is of utmost importance while attached to the baby so there is no smell and also the placenta can be used after for medicine. Here's how you can preserve the placenta:

  1. Herbal Mixture: Prepare an herbal mixture by combining dried herbs like rosemary, lavender, and calendula. These herbs possess natural antimicrobial properties that help in preserving the placenta and warding off bacteria.

  2. Salt: Generously coat the entire placenta with sea salt to aid in the drying and preservation process.

Creating the Medicine of Placenta:

Most animals after the birth eat the placenta, and this is coming from their innate wisdom and inner knowing that this placenta contains excactly what they need for them mothers to recover. Of course I personnally dont see myself eating raw placenta especially being vegetarian, however preparing it and having it in capsules as powder is ok for my mind. It is also important to take a little piece of the placenta and put it in a smoothy that you can drink just after giving birht which helps your milk to start coming out right away. Beyond the ceremonial aspect of lotus birth, the placenta holds medicinal potential that can be harnessed in the form of placenta capsules, often known as "Placenta Medicine." This practice involves dehydrating the placenta, grinding it into a fine powder, and encapsulating it for consumption. If you don't see yourself doing that there are midwifes that you can pay extra and they do this for you. You can also look for a special lady who can do this for you. If it is for a friend I would also happily do it for her and just deliver the capsules.

Here's how to prepare the Medicine of Placenta:

  1. Thorough Cleaning: Before dehydrating (I used a dehydratator machine for this for my both births), the placenta should be thoroughly cleaned, removing any residual salt and herbs used in the preservation process.

  2. Dehydration: Slice the placenta into thin strips and place them in a dehydrator at a low temperature for several hours until it becomes crisp and completely dried.

  3. Powdering: Once dried, grind the placenta into a fine powder using a coffee grinder or a mortar and pestle.

  4. Encapsulation: Purchase empty vegetarian capsules from a health store or online. Fill each capsule with the powdered placenta using a capsule-filling machine or by hand.

You could also watch videos on Youtube about it.

I would normally take 2-3 capsules a day.

The Medicine of Placenta, in the form of capsules, can offer potential postpartum benefits such as hormonal balance, increased energy, and support for the body during the recovery process.

In conclusion, lotus birth carries with it an ancient wisdom that reveres the placenta's significance and the bond between mother and baby. Preserving the placenta with herbs and salt, carrying it close to the baby, and creating the Medicine of Placenta are practices that celebrate the miracle of birth and nourish the postpartum experience. As mothers embrace this profound tradition, they forge an unbreakable connection with their newborns, embracing the sacred journey of motherhood in all its divine beauty.

  • Breastfeeding: Please mothers with most love and kindness I as you, if you have milk make the effort to breastfeed your babies! And don't alternate it because once they start to use bottle they loose the suction as it is a completely different way of suction on the breast as on the bottle. Actually the breast-feeding uses the jaw muscles which help stimulate the brain.

Breastfeeding is a natural and invaluable gift that a mother can offer her baby. Beyond being a means of providing nourishment, breastfeeding holds numerous benefits for both the mother and the baby, creating a bond that extends far beyond the physical aspect. Let's explore the advantages of breastfeeding and why it is essential to prioritise breastfeeding over cow's milk or bottle feeding.

Ame just after breastfeeding still with umbilical

cord just about to fall off Day 5

ree

Benefits of Breastfeeding for the Mother:

  1. Bonding and Emotional Connection: Breastfeeding fosters a deep emotional connection between the mother and her baby. The skin-to-skin contact and the act of nourishing the baby from her own body create a powerful bond that nurtures both their physical and emotional well-being.

  2. Hormonal Balance: Breastfeeding triggers the release of oxytocin, often called the "love hormone." This hormone helps the mother relax, reduces stress, and promotes emotional well-being.

  3. Postpartum Recovery: Breastfeeding aids in the contraction of the uterus, reducing postpartum bleeding and helping the uterus return to its pre-pregnancy size more quickly.

  4. Weight Loss: Breastfeeding burns extra calories, helping the mother shed pregnancy weight more effectively.

  5. Reduced Risk of Certain Diseases: Long-term breastfeeding has been associated with a reduced risk of certain diseases for the mother, including breast and ovarian cancer, as well as type 2 diabetes.

Benefits of Breastfeeding for the Baby:

  1. Optimal Nutrition: Breast milk is uniquely tailored to meet the baby's nutritional needs, providing the perfect balance of nutrients, fats, proteins, and antibodies. It helps support healthy growth and development in the early stages of life.

  2. Immune System Boost: Breast milk contains antibodies and immune factors that help protect the baby from infections, viruses, and bacteria, reducing the risk of illness and supporting a robust immune system.

  3. Digestive Health: Breast milk is easier for babies to digest compared to formula or cow's milk, reducing the likelihood of digestive issues such as constipation or colic.

  4. Cognitive Development: Breast milk contains essential fatty acids that support brain development and cognitive function in infants.

Difference between Breastfeeding and Bottle Feeding:

Breastfeeding is more than just providing nutrition; it encompasses emotional bonding, comfort, and security. When a baby breastfeeds, they actively participate in the process by creating a vacuum-like suction on the breast, stimulating milk production. This sucking action involves not just nourishment but also emotional nourishment, as the baby finds comfort and reassurance at the breast.

In contrast, bottle feeding requires a different sucking technique, where the baby often relies on gravity to allow milk to flow from the bottle. While bottle feeding can provide nourishment, it may lack the emotional connection and the immune-boosting properties of breast milk.

Why Breastfeed Instead of Giving Cow's Milk:

Breast milk is uniquely tailored to the needs of human infants, providing the ideal balance of nutrients essential for their growth and development. Cow's milk is specifically designed for the growth of calves and may not be suitable for human babies, as it has different protein and fat compositions. Additionally, cow's milk lacks the antibodies and immune factors present in breast milk, making it less effective at protecting the baby from infections and illnesses.

Furthermore, introducing cow's milk too early can increase the risk of allergies and digestive issues in infants, as their digestive systems are not fully developed to handle cow's milk proteins.

Conscious pregnancy is a beautiful journey that invites women to nurture themselves and their unborn babies while aligning mind, body, and spirit. Embracing a vegetarian keto diet, practicing kundalini yoga kriyas, and incorporating essential supplements support optimal health during this transformative time. Explore and find more information on high dose of Vitamin C Ascorbic Acid. Finally, look for alternative birthing methods like home birth, water birth, and Lotus Birth to create a profoundly meaningful and natural birthing experience. Trust your instincts, embrace self-care, and enjoy the journey of conscious pregnancy.

And this is us now :):
